This is one of our most popular packages under which you are
at liberty to take as many services or products as you may
want from our following published tariff and yet, you can make
many of your expeditions arrangements on your own.
For this option, we are the only agency
in Pakistan who neither levy any service charges nor do we
demand any advance payments. Just pay us cash
on your arrival in Islamabad only after inspecting all
products you've ordered us.
As you can see, the best part of this option is that you only
pay for the actual services you will take from us and we
DO NOT
levy service charges, overheads or other unforeseen costs ....
there are no hidden charges !!!
Under this option, we'll also help you estimate your
expedition budget (nearest to accuracy), however, you'll be at
liberty to increase, decrease or change the quantity of
services or products to suit the exact needs of your
expedition. |

All our generators are brand new, lightweight (08-10 Kg), 2
stroke, run by petrol and are supplied with their accessories
like carrying box, electric wires, junction box, repair kit,
cleaning kit, petrol container & lubricant container .....

NOTE
: Our rental does not include the cost of fuel, lubricants,
bulbs or battery chargers but we can supply them at extra cost.
We recommend 6 to 12 watt energy savor bulbs. |

Our custom clearing fee includes processing of import permit
(Annexure "F"), airway bill, lading, co-ordination with
airline & custom authorities, loading, unloading, opening &
inspection services at Islamabad airport. Forwarding of
equipment from Islamabad airport to your hotel in Rawalpindi /
Islamabad & custom clearing agent's fee. Custom clearance will
be done only at Islamabad airport. Charges for storage,
demurrage, civil aviation charges, excise duty or any other
charges or taxes levied by the Govt of Pakistan, Custom
Authorities or the concerned Airlines (if any) will be charged
separately. |

Hotel Rates
are based on standard rooms (with attached bath) & will apply
for groups of 06-10 Persons. Govt. taxes
are included wherever applicable but are subject to revision
without any notice. Confirmation of rooms is subject to
reservations received in advance. Cancellations are subject to
charges levied by concerned hotels. Meals are not included in
our rates. |
